Leads from Unscroupulous Lead Vendors and What You Should Expect

When Searching for Leads on Google for any particular company or type, you are going find a host of information that is going to make your head swim. The more you find these types of so-called Leads Sites you will start to see a pattern, and as more time goes by, you will begin to recognize and start to understand that the home based business world, particularly mlm companies and their representatives are being scammed by these bogus leads companies. Some of the bogus leads companies are run by independent scammers and some are run by the mlm company themselves.

I am not going to state here that mlm companies are scams, as I do not believe that myself, as I have made money on several ventures, it is just the act of buying leads will never work for a business opportunity especially a home based one. There are several great legitimate home based business opportunities, Ameriplan is one, I am not involved in this one, but I do not believe all the stuff put out there on the Internet where some disgruntled member or former member starts yelling scam because they can not make any money like their sponsor said that they would. It is not the company that does not work but that act of purchasing the ameriplan leads in order to build the business.

If you have tried these lead generation companies, you know what I am talking about. You purchase 100 or 200 leads, supposedly targeted leads, specifically for your business opportunity only to find out that the people you call do not know what you are talking about. If you get good, and I mean really good, you should be able to convert 1 or 2% of those leads into distributors for your business.

Now if there is a good lead company, or if you work for a lead generation company let me know, because I do not actually purchase leads anymore but instead found where I can purchase customers instead.
